The Sacred Alquimia Method is a holistic approach to self-transformation and empowerment that integrates various practices This method encompasses techniques based on Tantra, breathwork movement as well as practices to regulate the nervous system, release somatic tensions, connect with one's vulva, engage in shadow work, merge sex with heart and consciousness, amplify pleasure through the senses, utilize sex magic for manifestation, and synchronize life with the natural rhythm of one's cycle.

Coined by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, the shadow represents the hidden or repressed parts of our personality that we may disown, deny, or suppress due to societal conditioning, trauma, or fear.
